What does this mean for Vermont?

The wars must stop. Vermont’s $11,904/family contribution to the wars… wars that started with 9/11 ‘terrorism’ as a pretext… must stop now. Because Vermont kids have been illegally sent to Afghanistan and Iraq and have died in greater proportion than any other state.
